We protect recruiters from wasting resources. When you pitch a candidate, a token is temporarily held. If they decline your pitch, it is instantly refunded. If you choose a 15-day expiry, it is automatically refunded upon expiration even if ignored. Longer durations (30, 60, or 90 days) are only refunded if explicitly declined.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your billing dashboard. You will retain access to the starter/growth tokens and features until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if a candidate declines a pitch?
The token used for that pitch is instantly refunded back to your employer balance. You can immediately reuse it to reach out to other candidates.
How does ACH payment processing work?
For high-volume growth and pro teams, we support ACH bank transfers for invoice payments. Direct bank payments take 3-5 days to clear but feature lower billing transaction overhead.
Is there a limit to how many certs standard talents can upload?
Standard talent users can verify up to 3 credentials (licenses, degrees, or certifications) on the free plan — enough for most trade licenses and professional certs. Vetted Pro users get unlimited uploads.
